MACAM-MACAM KERUSAKAN TV

KERUSAKAN UMUM TV
Kerusakan TV belum tentu disebabkan oleh komponen TV yang rusak. Adakalanya rusak karena solderan timah yang kurang baik sehingga kaki-kaki komponen tidak tersambung sempurna ke PCB. Gejala dan penyebab kerusakan TV bermacam-macam. Gejala yang timbul dapat berupa mati total, tidak ada suara atau gambar yang dihasilkan jelek. Kerusakan TV dapat pula disebabkan oleh komponen yang sudah termakan usia atau hubungan antar komponen yang kurang sempurna.
Berikut beberapa acuan dalam mengindentifikasi kerusakan TV namun ini bukan untuk menjadi patokan anda dalam menangani kerusakan TV, silahkan kembangkan agar menjadi pengalaman buat anda.

1. TIDAK ADA GAMBAR DAN SUARA
Beberapa kerusakan yang bisa mengakibatkan pesawat TV tidak dapat bekerja sama sekali. Pada umumnya kerusakan semacam ini terjadi pada bagian catu daya (Power Supply) atau rangkaian defleksi horizontal.
a. TV mati total dan lampu indicator mati.
Penyebab: Kemungkinan besar kerusakan pada rangkaian catu daya.
Tindakan: Periksa jala-jala listrik, rangkaian regulator input sampai output. Pada umumnya catu daya TV mempunyai output tegangan sebesar 115 V, 24 V dan 5 V, tergantung merek TV- nya. Ganti komponen yang rusak dan perbaiki jalur rangkaian yang kurang sempurna.
b. Terdengar suara derit getaran trafo switching.
Penyebab: Biasanya tegangan output short karena ada komponen yang rusak.
Tindakan: Lepaskan beban dari output regulator dengan cara melepas kaki basis transistor horizontal atau salah satu kaki trafo horizontal dan ukur tegangan outputnya. Jika ouput regulator menunjukkan tegangan yang sesuai dengan petunjuk yang ada di PCB, periksa seluruh jalur distribusi tegangan dari output regulator dan seluruh rangkaian horizontal.
c. Lampu indicator menyala tetapi gambar dan suara tidak muncul.
Penyebab: Kemungkinan kerusakan pada rangkaian horizontal atau regulator. Tegangan yang dihasilkan oleh regulator biasanya terhambat karena dioda pembatas tegangan rusak. Tidak semua merek TV memiliki dioda ini. Dioda yang digunakan biasanya mempunyai nomor seri R2M dan R2KY.
Tindakan: pada beberapa TV biasanya ada 2 warna cahaya lampu indicator. Saat TV dinyalakan indicator merah, selang beberapa detik berubah menjadi hijau atau mati dan tayangan TV dapat dinikmati. Apabila indicator tetap warnanya atau berubah tetapi hanya sekejap berarti terjadi proteksi. Periksa tegangan output dari regulator sampai ke beban. Jika tegangan ini tidak normal berarti rangkaian regulator terganggu atau ada komponen yang rusak dan perlu diganti.
d. Tidak Ada Raster Tetapi Suara Baik.
Penyebab: rangkaian penguat video, pembatas tegangan tinggi atau CRT rusak.
Tindakan: Cek tegangan tinggi yang terhubung ke CRT.  Normal ? Jika normal, periksa tegangan tinggi katoda CRT. Jika tegangan yang diukur tidak ada, periksalah rangkaian tegangan tinggi. Cek tegangan tinggi ke katoda CRT. Normal? Jika normal, periksa rangkaian penguat video. Apabila semua normal, periksa rangkaian CRT. Kerusakan yang sering terjadi adalah filamennya putus sehingga CRT tidak memancarkan cahaya.
Penyebab: Tegangan anoda CRT terlalu rendah akibat adanya kerusakan pada rangkaian tegangan tinggi, rangkaian defleksi horizontal atau rangkaian catu daya. Tegangan semua katoda CRT menjadi besar karena gangguan pada penguat video.
Tindakan: Cek tegangan regulator output. Normal? Jika normal, periksa tegangan katoda CRT. Jika tidak normal, periksa tegangan output regulator. Cek tegangan katoda CRT. Normal? Jika normal, periksa tegangan anoda CRT. Jika tidak normal, periksa rangkaian tegangan tinggi.

2) RASTER SATU GARIS HORISONTAL
Penyebab: Sumber gangguan tergantung pada osilator yang digunakan TV.
Tindakan: Periksa rangkaian defleksi vertikal Periksa seluruh elektroda IC atau transistor dengan multitester.
a) Sinkronisasi Horizontal Jelek
Strip hitam tidak dapat hilang dari raster meskipun sinkronisasi telah disetel.
Penyebab: Kerusakan semacam ini jarang dijumpai pada TV keluaran baru. Jika sampai terjadi kerusakan, biasanya disebabkan oleh komponen yang sudah termakan umur.
Tindakan: Periksa rangkaian osilator horizontal. Kemungkinan ada elko yang sudah kering. Biasanya ditunjukkan oleh punggung elko yang terlihat kusam atau pecah.
b) Sebagian Gambar Tergeser Horizontal
Sinyal video yang dihasilkan tercampur dengan input sinyal sinkronisasi pada rangkaian AFC.
Tindakan: Periksa elko yang kering atau dioda yang bocor pada bagian rangkaian sinkronisasi, rangkaian buffer video dan AGC.

3) SINKRONASI VERTIKAL JELEK
Penyebab: Kerusakan terletak pada rangkaian integrator atau pada rangkaian osilator vertical. Kerusakan semacam ini biasanya sering terjadi pada TV keluaran lama.
Tindakan: Periksa rangkaian osilator vertical. Mungkin pengatur vertical TV keluaran lama sudah aus, sedangkan pada TV baru kerusakan terjadi akibat kapasitor keramik bocor.

4) SINKRONASI HORISONTAL DAN VERTIKAL JELEK
Penyebab: Kebanyakan kerusakan terjadi pada pemisah sinyal sinkronisasi dan pada rangkaian penguat sinyal sinkronisasi, atau kadang-kadang terjadi pada rangkaian AGC dan rangkaian penghapus noise (noise canceler).
Tindakan: Cek sinkronisasi vertical dan horizontal. Lemah? Jika ya, periksa rangkaian pemisah sinyal sinkrosasi. Jika rangkaian pemisah sinyal sinkronisasi normal, periksa bagian penguat sinyal sinkronisasi. Jika bagian penguat sinyal sinkronisasi normal, periksa rangkaian AGC dan rangkaian penghapus noise.

5. CACAT (Distorsi) POLA RASTER
a) Gambar Sempit
Penyebab: Tegangan output horizontal lebih rendah sehingga rangkaian arus gigi gergaji pada kumparan defleksi horizontal (yoke) bertambah lemah.
Tindakan: Periksa tegangan output catu daya. Jika tegangan outputnya lebih rendah, periksa komponen-komponennya. Periksa rangkaian defleksi horizontal terutama transistor yang ada di dalamnya. Periksa kondisi yoke, jika rusak atau terbakar harus diganti
b) Pelebaran Horizontal
Penyebab: Kerusakan semacam ini disebabkan oleh Vr yang rusak.
Tindakan: Periksa komponen-komponennya. Jika tegangan catu daya normal, periksa tegangan anoda CRT Jika tegangan anoda CRT terlalu rendah, periksa rangkaian Ubah nilai VR, jika tidak ada perubahan ganti VR tersebut. Periksa tegangan output catu daya. Jika tegangan outputnya lebih besar penguat tegangan tinggi.
c) Pemendekan Tinggi Gambar
Penyebab: Amplitudo gelombang gigi gergaji dalam kumparan defleksi vertical terlalu kecil sehingga output rangkaian defleksi vertikalnya tidak cukup.
Tindakan: Periksa V SIZE dan V LIN. Pada TV digital, pengaturan dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengatur remote control pada menu adjusment. Jika tidak ada perubahan periksa R dan Tr pada rangkaian defleksi vertical. Panah merah adalah R dan Tr didalam rangkaian defleksi vertical yang rusak.
d) Penyusutan Bagian Atas Atau Bawah
Penyebab: Disebabkan oleh nilai Vr yang tidak sesuai atau kondensator elektrolit yang kering.
Tindakan: Setel VR, jika tidak ada perubahan berarti VR rusak. Periksa elko apakah masih baik atau sudah kering.
e) Gambar Vertical Memanjang
Penyebab: Arus gigi gergaji pada kumparan defleksi vertical terlalu rendah.
Tindakan: Atur VR, jika tidak ada perubahan mungkin elko nya sudah kering.
f) Gambar Jelek
1) Noise Salju Pada Gambar.
Penyebab: Intensitas medan pada tempat penerimaan sinyal frekuensi rendah. Sistem antenna TV rusak Rangkaian penguat frekuensi tinggi rusak.
Tindakan: Putar arah antenna sampai didapatkan gambar bagus. Perbaiki jalur antenna kabel Periksa solderan pada blok tuner dan AGC.
2) Kontras Gambar Rendah
Penyebab: Kerusakan terletak antara rangkaian mixer hingga penguat video.
Pemecahan: Periksa ada resistor yang nilainya sudah membesar atau short.
3) Muncul Garis Miring
Penyebab: Biasanya gangguan dari pemancar radio.
Tindakan: Jauhkan antenna dan TV dari sumber frekuensi gangguan.
4) Noise Bintik Putih
Penyebab: Gangguan dari busi motor, mobil atau kawat distribusi listrik tegangan tinggi.
Tindakan: Jauhkan antenna dan TV dari kabel listrik tegangan tinggi. Gunakan kabel koaksial untuk antenna TV
5) Garis Horizontal Hitam
Penyebab: Biasanya disebabkan oleh alat yang menggunakan motor kecil.
Tindakan: Jauhkan pesawat TV dari sumber noise.
6) Terdapat Bayangan Dari Kanal Lain
Penyebab: Terjadi modulasi silang oleh kanal yang memilki daya pancar besar.
Tindakan: Aturlah letak ketinggian antenna TV Aturlah nilai Vr pada rangkaian AGC
7) Gangguan Warna
Gambar TV tampak biru, merah, kuning, cyan atau hijau
Penyebab: Biasanya kerusakan terjadi karena gangguan pada rangkaian RGB atau CRT.
Tindakan: Periksa rangkaian matriks RGB, biasanya ada nilai resistor yang membesar atau solderan sudah jelek. Jika tidak ada komponen yang rusak atur VR RGB Jika tetap tidak mendapatkan hasil, periksalah CRT
8) Gangguan Suara
Tidak Ada Suara/Suara Lemah
Penyebab: Terjadi kerusakan pada rangkaian audio dan speaker.
Tindakan: Sentuh input rangkaian penguat audio dengan jari tangan. Jika terdengar desis di speaker, periksa bagian IF audio. Jika tidak, periksa bagian rangkaian penguat audio atau periksa speaker.
